I appreciated my workouts for more than my physical health but also my mental health. I realized how great my mood is on days when I workout. I also tend to eat healthier on days when I workout.

Got coffee with two of my girl friends last night :) love spending time with them.
❤ Is your opinion of your body different this Sunday than it was last Sunday? Why or why not?
Yes, I feel like my body is really responding to the small changes I’ve been making!

I love my ankles! As big as my legs are, I still have cute little ankles haha
❤ What was your greatest accomplishment this week?
I made an appointment to see a counselor FINALLY after thinking about it and wanting to for over a year.
❤ Any scale / non-scale body victories this week?
Down 15 lbs (cw 210.6) and have done more ab stuff than I could do a month ago
❤ What’s one thing you learned about yourself this week?
I love tuna! Never tried it until this week!

I’m super jealous of a lot of my “friends”
I’m lonely most of the time. Like really lonely and it’s my own fault im sure.
I doubt myself every day.
❤ Appreciate how far you’ve come: think back to the beginning and list three ways your life has changed for the better after deciding to get fit.
The biggest and most beneficial is that I quit smoking!
Im an inspiration to my friends now and my boyfriend who is also getting fit! :)

I didn’t do this last week so I didn’t list a change :(

Workout even if I have to go alone. Sometimes I don’t go just because no one will go with me. I’m an independent person, I don’t need someone working out next to me!

I am 19 and I weigh about 135 lbs but I have lost over 50 pounds and it has been a huge journey accepting my body as is and dealing with all the extra skin from losing the weight. My measurements are currently 34,26,40 and I am 5’5.

This is what my body looks like when I’m down to a normal weight.. Still have those curvy hips and thighs! I love it! I can’t wait to look like this again. I’m down 15 lbs since January 1st. Still have a long way to go though!

My bf and I decided to splurge a little tonight

Homemade turkey burgers, sweet potato fries, and whole wheat dark chocolate chip cookies. Oh my goodness :)


11 lbs.

That’s my total weight loss so far… Too bad I was horrible tonight! I haven’t gone out with my bf in a while, so he took me to an Italian restaurant. Already bad. Then my girl friends wanted to go out for drinks and I hadnt done that in a while either. So, one huge bowl of fattening pasta, one large black and white mocha, 3 margaritas, and a ton of chips and salsa later… I feel as if I’m back at square one. I must do better! The worst thing about all of it is that im taking a vacation Tuesday-Saturday. Help! :/
